I present to you an abstract in #notmagic that may give you a look into the 'thought-process' behind my UX (regardless of platform, industry or purpose).
Essentially:
As with any end-to-end project, there known conventions, familiar systems, and expected outcomes. What's key is having the ability to maintain awareness of those various elements (often sight unseen), but even more importantly: crafting a narrative that provides viewers (end users to stakeholders) with an intuitive display of intent, action, and result.
